Parker is committed to providing both its distributors (ATCs) and customers with high-quality training to ensure application success at every level. Our training courses are suited for every level; from product overview for our sales partners to in-depth, hands on technical training for our most advanced customers. Classes are held around the year and on both the east coast at our Irwin, PA and the west coast in Rohnert Park, CA.

All in-person training has been suspended until further notice due to the COVID-19 pandamic. To request virtual training, please use the Custom Training Request on the calendar or contact your Parker territory manager."

Cancellations & No Shows Parker needs to be notified well in advanced of cancellations. Cancellation notifications received before two-weeks of class will not be charged an administrative fee. If you cancel within two weeks of the start of class, you will be charged 50% of the cost of the course. No shows will be charged full price.

Course fees If payment is not received before two weeks of the start of class, students will automatically be dropped from the course and no reimbursements will be given for travel or hotel accommodations.

Training Sessions begin at 8:00 am and end at 5:00 pm (local time) each day. Final day sessions may have a different end time and will be noted on the official agenda for each course.

Transportation is not provided. It is the responsibility of the trainee to coordinate transportation from their hotel to training each day and to and to and from the airport.
